It was quite an eventful weekend for artist Lubyogo Sam Lucas famously known as Levixone, the gospel singer broke records when he scooped seven awards in two awards Ceremonies. At the Janzi awards Cememony, Levixone was awarded with two accolades for the Outstanding Faith Best Musician and best Humanitarian Act beating gospel music vocalist Sandra Suubi.
During the same night, the Royal Gospel Music Awards ceremony also happened and the ‘Ronaldo’ singer scooped five awards. These awards were held at University Community Fellowship and hosted by Lady Bezo and Baby Gloria. Levixone was awarded as the Artist of the Year 2021, Best Male Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (mbeera), Best collaboration of the year with Grace Morgan, and Best Zouk song (Zikomo) with Wendy Harawa.
Levixone who couldn’t hide his excitement in his words thanked his fans and considered his humaitariarism award as his best award of the night because he got it through serving and loving people more especially the disadvantaged. Levixone having been raised in a slum in Kosovo has always been proud of his background and always holds a charity drive to give back to his community.
