Kampala, Uganda – The 13th annual Virtuous Woman Conference is set to inspire and empower individuals from all walks of life as it returns from April 4th to April 6th, 2025. Hosted by Apostle Isaiah Mbuga and Rev. Deborah Mbuga of Christ’s Heart Ministries International, this transformative event promises to equip attendees with the tools to thrive in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives under the theme “Thrive,” inspired by Isaiah 44:4-14.

Organized by the Virtuous Woman Ministry, the conference aligns with its mission to restore work-life balance, heal emotional, spiritual, and physical wounds, and empower participants with skills for independent, dignified living. This year’s event will unfold across three dynamic days, beginning with the 6th annual Business & Leadership Symposium Dinner on Friday, April 4th at the Kampala Serena Hotel. The symposium will gather industry leaders, visionaries, and decision-makers to explore how businesses and leadership can drive positive impact in communities and beyond. The general conference continues on Saturday, April 5th at the same venue, followed by a grand finale on Sunday, April 6th at Christ’s Heart Church Mukono.

Pay Gospel Artists- Bishop Isaiah Mbuga

The Virtuous Woman Conference is renowned for its powerful speakers, and 2025 is no exception. This year’s stellar lineup of Speakers includes:

  • Ap. Isi Igenegba (Nigeria) – A visionary leader, John Maxwell Certified Coach, and founder of the People of Influence Network and the Isi Benedicta Institute. With a track record of driving multi-million-dollar growth in business and leading a global ministry, she will inspire attendees to influence their communities positively.
  • Rina Hicks (Kenya) – Operations Director at Faida Investment Bank, founder of Money-Wise, and author of Money-Wise: Create, Grow & Preserve Wealth. With over 51,000 YouTube subscribers and a passion for financial literacy, Rina will share insights on building and preserving wealth.
  • Betty Rutare Byanyima (Uganda) – Executive Director of the Global Leadership Summit Uganda and a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Trainer. A lawyer and advocate for integrity in leadership, Betty will address the need for role models and effective leadership development.
  • Pr. Dr. Moses Ddombo (USA) – Country Director for Food for the Hungry in Ethiopia and an expert in humanitarian leadership. With a PhD in Business Management and extensive experience with organizations like World Vision and UNICEF, he will speak on effective leadership in turbulent times.
  • Apostle Isaiah and Rev. Deborah Mbuga – The vision bearers and hosts will focus on spiritual and corporate growth, offering a 360-degree perspective on thriving in today’s challenging world.

Reflecting on the theme, Apostle Isaiah shared, “Come and we show you how to thrive because we are thriving.” Rev. Deborah added, “This conference provides an opportunity to thrive in families, businesses, leadership roles, and the different spheres we are in, despite rocky times.”

The Virtuous Woman Conference has a rich history of hosting transformative voices. In 2024, attendees were blessed by Apostle Victoria Orenze, a world-renowned worship leader, while 2023 featured Bishop Felix Funke Adejumo, a celebrated teacher and marriage counselor. This year’s event builds on that legacy, promising an “overflow” of inspiration, as Apostle Isaiah puts it.

Event Details and Tickets

The Business & Leadership Symposium Dinner on April 4th is priced at Shs. 250,000 for individual tickets or Shs. 2.3 million for a table of 10. Saturday’s general conference offers ordinary tickets at Shs. 50,000 and VIP tickets at Shs. 150,000. The grand finale on Sunday is free for all. Whether you’re a business leader, entrepreneur, or simply someone seeking inspiration, the Virtuous Woman Conference 2025 invites you to step into your potential. “You do not have to settle for less. You were made for more. You can THRIVE,” the organizers declare. Mark your calendars and prepare to be “set ablaze, encouraged, challenged, and shown the true way to thrive” at this life-changing event.
